About the Subscription Model

After you subscribe, I’ll set up your Trello board. You’ll get a quick intro, and can submit your first request the same day. Simple, fast, and ready to roll.
You’ll submit requests through Trello, a super easy-to-use project management platform.
You’ll describe your request using text briefs, linked documents, or quick Loom videos. If it can be shared in Trello, it works.
You’ll have full control of your requests using Trello. Prioritize your queue, swap active requests, and track progress all in one place.
Primarily through Trello, and when needed, Loom. This keeps things efficient and focused on delivering work. I don’t typically do live calls or email chains. Fewer meetings = more momentum.

Most bite-sized requests are completed within 2–3 business days.
Larger projects (like brands or websites) are broken into smaller milestones with steady progress updates every few days.
Small feedback tweaks often happen even faster.
Big projects are chunked into manageable phases so you see regular progress—typically every 1–3 business days until complete.

Primarily Adobe Creative Suite.
I can also adapt deliverables to Canva or Google Suite if needed.
Yep. This subscription doesn’t include motion graphics, video editing, coding/development, UI/UX design, or 3D modeling.
Due to the nature of the service, I don’t offer refunds after payment, but you’re free to pause or cancel at any time if it’s not the right fit for your needs.
You can pause your subscription. Your remaining days roll over so you can pick back up when you need.
That’s fine too! Subscribe, complete your request, and pause whenever you’re done. Save those days for when another project comes along!
